The Gladstone Park Corridor Study was developed from 2015 to 2017 at the request of the Gladstone Park Chamber of Commerce and the Gladstone Park Neighborhood Association in coordination with then-Ald. John Arena of the 45th Ward and then-Ald. Margaret Laurino of the 39th Ward.
The study analysis and recommendations were discussed at the chamber's regular monthly meetings, and at a public meeting held in the winter of 2015-16 to gather feedback. The document is meant to assist the chamber and the Gladstone Park neighborhood to guide future development and growth in this corridor.
